Art Prints

• All the art prints are Giclée and printed on acid-free, high quality, Mat Fine Art paper, 230g, using a 10-color plotter. To preserve the longevity of the art print, avoid direct sunlight.
• The art prints will only go into production after they have been purchased and can therefore not be refunded

For Danish customers

• Professional framing is available upon request
  
• Free shipping on all prints in Denmark
• Usually, the print will be produced and delivered to you within 10 weekdays (shipped by GLS)
• The company is not VAT-registered (moms-registreret)

For international customers (EU & outside of EU)

• International shipping rates will be calculated and presented during checkout
• Usually, the print will be produced and delivered to you between 14-21 weekdays 
• For orders outside the EU, custom duties might be applied, for which annemette elmelund is not responsible

 Packages & Complaints

• All prints are wrapped carefully in silk paper and shipped in resilient packaging to prevent damages
• If you do receive a package that has been damaged during transportation, kindly send an e-mail right away, where you document the damages with photos. Follow these steps carefully: 1. Take photos of all sides of the outside packaging | 2. Take photos of the damaged print/prints | 3. Take a photo of the package label | Attach all the photos and send an e-mail to: annemetteelmelund@gmail.com
